RENTAL RATE
The Loft Residence has 6 floors and a total 55 rooms:
•1st Floor: Car Park, Office / Reception, Laundry, Minimart, Staff room
•2nd - 5th Floor: 11 Studio rooms and 1 Suite room on each floor
•6th (Top) Floor: 7 Studio rooms
At the Loft Residence Serviced Apartments, you have the choice of daily or monthly rentals.
Daily Rental Rates:
•Studio Room (28 sqm.) 450 Thai Baht(US$13) per day(Normal Period)
•Suite Room (50 sqm.) 750 Thai Baht(US$23) per day(Normal Period)
Notice:
Suite Rooms - available only after October 1, 2010
* Peak periods:
(1) December 30, 2009 - January 3, 2010
(2) April 9 -18, 2010
(3) July 24-27, 2010
(4) August 12 - 15, 2010
(5) December 3 - 6, 2010
(6) December 10 - 12, 2010
(7) December 24, 2010 - January 2, 2011
Monthly Rental Rates:
•Studio Room (28 sqm.): 5,000 Thai Baht (US$142) per month
•Suite Room (50 sqm.): 8,500 Thai Baht (US$242) per month
Notice:
Monthly Rental - available only after February 2010:
A refundable deposit is required upon check-in: 5,000 Thai Baht (for Studio Room) and 8,500 Thai Baht (for Suite Room).
2-month contract: Studio 4,500 baht (US$128) per month, Suite 8,000 baht (US$228) per month.
3-month contract and above: Studio 4,000 baht (US$114) per month, Suite 7,500 baht (US$214) per month.
